Apprenticeships

WHAT IS A REGISTERED APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM?

Registered Apprenticeship Programs (RAP’s) are an industry-driven initiative aligned with career pathways and the customized, individual requirements of your business. Developed in collaboration with the OMA our RAP’s are targeted at relevant skill and hiring needs.

Our programs are aligned with nationally recognized Department of Labor apprenticeship programs and assist you in developing your workforce for the future.
